  • Individual Development Analysis Day that is based on full day assessment tailored for the client based on the client’s desired leadership behaviors and high potential criteria. We are using a best practice procedure for high potentiality design and a multiple tool/assessor approach.
  • Management Team Reviews of entire leadership teams assessing current strengths and development areas of the individuals as well as the whole team. We base the Management Team Reviews on the company strategy moving forward and capabilities needed to implement the strategy.
  • Virtual Leadership Assessments based on structured interview, leadership case & role play, psychometric testing and on-line coaching feedback. This assessment approach can be applied to both assessing internal talent and leadership potential as well as used for recruitment processes to assess suitability for the job.
  • Focused Talent Assessments / Evaluation of Leadership Potential based on a half-day assessment concept and based on tailoring the assessments on customers defined values, desired leadership behaviours and High Potential criteria.
